Well,
a few days ago I said the 8/1 on offer for the Rangers to win it all was value,
and I’m not going to jump ship now as I expect Texas to take the series, especially
as they can reset the rotation and have a superior bullpen, but if you get any
game with Verlander available at 1.9+, you have to take it.
Texas
are hitting just .198 lifetime against Verlander (.188 this season; 6-2 2.32
ERA career) and Detroit has to be the bet.
